  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened oat milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp ground flaxseed

  • ¼ cup diced fresh banana

Directions
