  • ¼ cup gluten-free granola

Directions

  1. Chia Layer: In a bowl, whisk together all chia pudding layer ingredients for about 1 minute until evenly combined. Let sit at room temperature, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for 1–3 hours or overnight to fully set.
  2. Cashew Cream: Soak cashews in hot water for 30–60 minutes (or overnight in room-temp water), then drain. Blend with oat milk and maple syrup on high until silky smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Assemble: In jars, layer the chia pudding, cashew cream, and blueberry preserves. Chill in the fridge for another 2–3 hours before serving.
  4. Finish: Top with fresh blueberries and gluten-free granola. Enjoy cold!
